DD jewellery Return Policy

Return Policy for Domestic (Thailand) Online Purchases only

For online purchases made by Domestic Customers (Thailand):  In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Desert Diamonds – What Women Want® jewellery purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee money back guarantee.  jewellery will be accepted for refund, credit or exchange only if returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Returned orders over US$500 are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned item/s.

Conditions:

  • Earrings cannot be return due to Health Regulations.
  • Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items returned with evidence of wear (small scratches or dirt) or additional workmanship from other jewelers will be returned at the sender’s expense.
  • We are unable to extend this policy to items that are Bespoke/Customized Orders or our Solid Gold items however, these items if found faulty are covered by our Manufacturing Guarantee (see above).
  • Desert Diamonds Authorized Distributor and DD Global Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage of goods whilst in transit.
  • We cannot refund the original delivery charge.
  • All shipping costs to Desert Diamonds Authorized Distributors, as well as any taxes incurred shall be borne by the customer. 
  • Refunds will be provided, when requested, less the original postage charge and any bank/merchant fees incurred for the sale transaction. 

Returns procedure

To return or exchange your jewellery selection, follow these steps:

  • Contact DD Global Ltd or your Desert Diamonds Distributor via email stating your name, contact details, order number and reason for returning the merchandise. We will advise the return address and confirm returns procedure. 
  • Return the shipment via a track-able courier service (eg Fed Ex, EMS).  Items should be returned with all original packaging and promotional material, and insured for loss or damage whilst in transit.  DD Global Ltd and/or Desert Diamonds Distributors are not liable for any loss or damage of goods whilst in transit.  Please do not state contents of shipment as jewellery, diamonds or similar, as this will draw possible attention to theft of the package.  We suggest you describe shipment as "fashion accessory”

DD Home Décor Return Policy

Return Policy Online Purchases only

Important: Due to the handcrafted nature of our home décor range each item may have subtle differences, colour variations and imperfections, these are the characteristics of natural products.  Sizes are also approximate. Because of this, items are not eligible for return based on the above attributes.

Return Conditions:

You may return an item(s) if damaged in transit only as long as all of the following conditions are met:

  • You must contact us and send photographic evidence of damage within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). Failure to do so will render the item non-returnable.
  • You must send us (DD Global Ltd) by email proof of postal record or tracking of the returned item within seven (7) days from the date the item was delivered.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns procedure

To return your purchase please follow these steps:

  • Contact DD Global Ltd within 24 hours of receiving your order via email stating your name, contact details, order number and reason for returning the merchandise including images of damage. We will advise the return address and confirm returns procedure.
  • Items should be returned with all original packaging.
  • All shipping costs to return product to DD Global Ltd shall be borne by the customer.
  • DD Global Ltd is not liable for any loss of goods whilst in transit.

Important – in regard to item arriving damaged in transit you MUST contact us with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. If you contact us after this period the item will no longer we eligible for return.
