DD jewellery Return Policy


In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Desert Diamonds jewellery purchase, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee. Jewellery will be accepted for refund, credit or exchange only if returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • Earrings cannot be returned due to Health Regulations.
  • Rings that are backordered are made to measure and cannot be exchanged
  • Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items returned with evidence of wear (small scratches or dirt) or additional workmanship from other jewelers will be returned at the sender’s expense.
  • We are unable to extend this policy to items that are Bespoke/Customized Orders or any rings as they are made to order, however, these items if found faulty are covered by our Manufacturing Guarantee (see above).
  • Desert Diamonds Authorized Distributor and DD Global Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage of goods whilst in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit via regular post.
  • We cannot refund the original delivery charge.
  • Tennis Bracelets and necklaces can be exchanged based on a standard size 7” (bracelet) or 16” (necklace). All other bracelet and necklace sizes are made to measure
  • Refunds will be provided, when requested, less the original postage charge and any bank/merchant fees incurred for the sale transaction. 

Returns procedure

To return or exchange your jewellery selection, follow these steps:

  • Contact Desert Diamonds Ireland by email, stating your name, contact details, order number and reason for return. We will advise the return address and confirm the returns procedure.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are accurate at the time of publication. However, product descriptions are intended as a general guide and are not intended to be binding. Colour reproduction may vary slightly depending on your screen, browser or device settings. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software, device or computer system used.
