Shipping Calculation for Online Ordering

Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, click the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your shopping cart. You can then either continue shopping or click the cart icon at the top right of any page and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.

Choosing your shipping preference

We currently offer two shipping options for jewellery orders: Registered Mail at a rate of €9 or Regular Mail at a rate of €4.

Your jewellery purchased online can be shipped to different destinations. If you are sending your order as a gift, please contact us after placing your order if you would like us to include a gift card.

Jewellery Shipping Information

Shipping For Items In Stock

For deliveries within Ireland, please allow approximately 3–4 working days for regular mail. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and the UK, please allow approximately 4–5 working days for items that are in stock.

The above delivery timeframes do not apply to backorder products.

Shipping Times For Backorder and Customized Orders

Please note that all backorders and customized ring sizes usually take approximately 4–6 weeks.

If your order contains both in-stock items and backorder items, all items will be shipped together once the full order is ready for dispatch.

Ordering jewellery from the Desert Diamonds online shop is easy and secure. Your order will not be placed until the final stage of checkout, where you can choose to pay securely by PayPal or credit card.

If you prefer, you can contact your local Desert Diamonds distributor directly by telephone or email to place an order.

Please note that delivery times may take a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

Packaging

We take pride in presentation, and your order will arrive in our stylish Desert Diamonds packaging. If your order is a gift, you can request a gift card to be included.

Payment

We offer payment by PayPal or credit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by card through the PayPal payment option.

If you select payment via PayPal, you will be taken to the secure PayPal site to enter your payment details. For information on PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com.

If your payment method is bank transfer, you will be given the account details to make a transfer from your bank account. Your order will be processed once payment has been received.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Euro.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48–72 hours of being accepted.
